Vogue Steel transitions to a leading structural steel fabricator with the PythonX STRUCTURAL
Established in 1992, Vogue Steel is one of the leading structural steel fabricators in the United Arab Emirates. Based in Sharjah, find out how they transitioned from a small fabricator in Abu Dhabi to more than 12 major projects throughout the UAE with the help of the PythonX STRUCTURAL.
Here's What Our Customers Have to Say about the PythonX STRUCTURAL
We measure our success through the success of our customers around the world. Here"s what real-world companies have to say when we asked them about their PythonX STRUCTURAL.
HAB speeds up production with PythonX STRUCTURAL
HAB, a 30-year-old family-owned building manufacturer from Germany, visited Lincoln Electric in Pont Ste Maxence, France, for a demonstration of the PythonX STRUCTURAL. During the demonstration, they learned that the PythonX STRUCTURAL processed a typical beam in just under 5 minutes. A similar beam would take them 1 hour and 5 minutes with their conventional machinery. So they decided to purchase a PythonX STRUCTURAL, which resulted in reduced processing times, superior cut quality and a happier workforce.
Why Etobicoke Iron Works chose the PythonX STRUCTURAL
Structural steel fabrication has been a growing part of the business at Etobicoke Iron Works as the Toronto market has been increasingly busy. So, after long deliberation, they decided it was time to replace their 30+ year equipment with the PythonX STRUCTURAL to have a competitive advantage. Etobicoke Iron Works considered systems from other manufacturers from different parts of the world. However, they decided on the PythonX STRUCTURAL, recognized as the best-in-class technology, as the best choice to handle their structural processing needs. They believe the PythonX STRUCTURAL will increase their throughput by 3 to 4 times, and they will deliver a better quality product to their customers.
Hidayath Group
The construction industry is booming in the UAE, however, Hidayath struggled to be a competitive supplier due to rising prices and tight delivery schedules. So, they decided to automate their manufacturing process by investing in a PythonX Structural Steel Fabrication System. The addition of the PythonX provided significant cost and manpower savings with superior cut quality. Because of this, their customers now enjoy faster delivery, consistent quality, and competitive prices. PythonX has given them an edge on their competition.
Star Steel Processing
After extensive research, Star Steel, a structural steel fabricator in Brisbane, Australia purchased its first PythonX in 2006. They quickly discovered that the PythonX did the work of 10 to 12 workers, so they branched out into processing steel for other fabricators. The cut quality and accuracy of the PythonX were in high demand from other fabricators. As the sales for outside processing grew, they shifted their focus from fabricating to solely processing, which led them to buy a new PythonX in 2011.
Mike's Metal Works
When this San Diego, CA fabricator was unable to meet a customer deadline, they knew it was time to replace their outdated equipment. They had heard about the PythonX and decided to take a look at it at FABTECH and bought it immediately. When they implemented the PythonX into their production process, they did not anticipate the new opportunities that the PythonX would open up.
Southern Services & Equipment
In 2005, Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and Southern Services & Equipment was decimated, losing $1 million in uninsured equipment and property damage. The Nunez family took the insurance money from their personal home and began to rebuild their shop while living in trailers. They were awarded dozens of contracts to help rebuild New Orleans and continually reinvested profits back into the business by purchasing state-of-the-art equipment. They decided to purchase a PythonX and took their ‘Mom & Pop Shop’ to the next level.
M&G Steel
M&G Steel in Oakville, ON, Canada decided to take a leap of faith and purchased one of the first PythonX systems ever manufactured. Twelve years later, the PythonX is better than ever and has proven to be the most reliable piece of equipment they have ever owned.
Universal Steel Inc.
When this Lithonia, GA based third generation family-owned business decided to upgrade their antiquated punch line, they had a few challenges ahead of them. First, they had to find a machine that could fit into their existing facility and then they had to convince the older generations that the PythonX was the right piece of equipment. After extensive research, they took a leap and their throughput increased by at least 40%.
Endres Manufacturing
As more experienced employees were nearing retirement, Endres Manufacturing in Waunakee, WI had to find a way to function at a high level with less experience on the shop floor. So they decided to automate by purchasing a PythonX. They estimated that the PythonX would pay for itself in approximately 3 to 5 years. But, once it was installed and the Operators were trained, the ROI was only 11 months.
Anderson Steel
Technology and automation advancements have led Anderson Steel down the path of dramatic productivity improvements. Implementing the PythonX has led Anderson Steel to take on larger, more complex structural steel projects and is producing 8x more fabricated structural beams.
Stehl Corporation
Streamlining the company’s move into structural fabrication has led Phoenix-based Stehl Corporation to the next step in founder and president Paul Stehl’s long-range plan for the company. Adding the PythonX® fabrication system has resulted in a 60% increase in growth for 2017, mostly due to increased structural work.
